The Adult Specialist Palliative Care Guidelines are now available on line. Sincere grateful thanks to Hospice New Zealand to allow the documents to be hosted on their website. Registration to access the guidelines is open to all those working in specialist palliative care. This publication on line has been the culmination of a dedicated group of palliative care clinicians (including nursing representation) to form the first national guidelines in Aotearoa.

You will need to register, then login and then click onto the ‘person’ icon in the top right of the screen to take you to the members area.

You will see that there are some plain text documents (guidelines/patient information leaflets)  – with time these will transition to full formatted versions (monographs/protocols).
